Environmental Management Guide V2.0
The Environmental Management Guide has been updated to reflect recent changes to environmental legislation and regulations in Ontario. It contains guidelines to planning an environmental management system for individual site locations and provides a comprehensive review of the provincial and federal legislation governing pits and quarries in Ontario. The Guide was developed by the OSSGA Environmental Committee in association with Gartner Lee Limited.

The Next Landscape
Aggregate extraction is an interim land use.
